Leaseswap is now Buzzedin
New name on the buzzer.
Leaseswap is now Buzzedin: a new name for where we're going. Your alerts and account carry over, and there's nothing you need to do.
The story
The renters who get the good apartments aren’t luckier. They hear first.
Today · Your edge
Now that can be you.
We watch every major listing site at once, match what we find to your search, and send it in minutes. We also show what most renters miss: which listings are rent-stabilized, and which are priced well for the neighborhood.
Next · Where we’re going
Then we help you close.
Hearing first is half of it. We’re working on the other half, so when you find the one, you’re the first one ready.
Why Buzzedin
Leaseswap sounded like lease swaps, so people thought that was all we did. It never described the rest.
Buzzedin is about where we’re going. Right now, finding an apartment in New York means ringing every buzzer in the city and hoping someone answers.
We’re building it the other way round: you tell us what you want, and the door opens for you. Nobody buzzes themselves in. Someone on the inside lets you up.
Apartments come to you.
Same apartment hunt. New name on the door.

Questions
Do I need to do anything?
No. Your alerts, matches and account carry over on their own. If you filter your email, allow buzzedin.com so alerts keep reaching your inbox.
Will my old Leaseswap links still work?
Yes. Every leaseswap.nyc link goes to the same page on buzzedin.com, and always will.
Is it the same company?
Yes. Buzzedin is run by Dabudage LLC, the same company behind Leaseswap.
Why does the app look different?
The icon is the arch, the open door and the buzz from the new logo. It is the same app with your same account; it just has a new name on the door.
Your alerts are already running.
